Included in your Squarespace plan is unlimited access to the support team via both live chat and email. The support team is available to you 24//7! Unlike a lot of companies, Squarespace trains their team extremely well and the support team really knows how to use the platform, so you can be confident the folks you speak with can actually help!
The support team can also log in to the back end of your site to troubleshoot issues in real-time and they will walk you step-by-step, click-by-click through steps to help you make your idea a reality on your site.
I can’t tell you how much I love the live chat, I use it myself now and again too! You’ll be chatting with a Squarespace team member in NYC, Dublin, or Portland.
SquareKicker Extension:
Squarekicker is a paid plug-in that I use to speed-up the actual code writing part of developing a unique website. The edits I’ve made to your site using SquareKicker will stay put, even if you don’t get a license of your own.
However, if you’d like to make changes to any of the SquareKicker edits, you'll need to purchase an individual license. Most of my clients don't need it because they don't touch their website after publishing. But if you’d like to, you can get a subscription for a month, make the changes you’d like, and then disconnect it again.

Monthly Maintenance:
You may decide that you want ongoing help with your website. I have maintenance plans starting at $99 per month for twelve months for 30 minutes of help per month. This is perfect for you if you don’t want to be burdened with updating your site and you just want to focus on growing your business!
Design Day Rate:
You may decide that you want help with strategy and updates, especially if you have a launch or event coming up. Get 7 hours of my time for $1,750. Hours must be used within three months. We can spread it out, or use it all in one day! This is perfect if you want a site refresh, long-form sales page, or something else that doesn’t require a whole new site.
Hour-and-a Half Sessions:
Just need some questions answered and a quick upgrade to your site? Get 90 minutes of my time for $500. The entire session can be used for strategy OR updates, or a combination of the two, e.g. a quick 30-min call to strategize and then an hour of site updates.
